Milk will be available for St. Elizabeth students PreK-8th Grade on all days that lunch is served.

Please return the form with your check payable to St. Elizabeth of the Trinity School
no later than Wednesday, August 24th.

Milk service will begin on Tuesday, September 6th.

Milk is $55 per student in PK through 8th grade.

Payment is for the school year.
