Athletics Fundraiser – NFL Survivor Game

The Athletic Committee is raising funds to upgrade our concession stand (as well as raise funds to offset other costs), by hosting an NFL Survivor Game! 

If you have never played, here are the basic rules:
– Pick 1 (one) team each week you expect to win their game. You can only pick a team 1 time within a season, so choose wisely. If your pick (team) wins, you move onto the next week.
– If you lose, you get a strike and get to play again, until you get another loss/strike. Two strikes during the season, and you have not survived and you are done!
– If you forget to make a pick any week you are still in, that is considered a strike.
– Last person(s) standing wins.
– Double Elimination. $20 per entry. 1 entry per email address.
– 50% of donations to the winning pot | 50% to Athletics.
– $20.00 entry fee. Chase Quickpay/Zelle – 312.834.8550. Use “SEOT Survivor” as the description. You will receive a link to the pool after confirming your registration and payment below.
