A FACTS fee of $20 for Parents’ Club Membership and $10 per student Homeroom Fee will be added to your FACTS account soon and withdrawn on September 20.
This digital option should make it easier for you to support all we do for students and staff.
If you are enrolled in FACTS and want this deduction to go through, you do not have to take any action – you are all set !

The form below contains information on the process and gives you alternative ways to pay or to opt out completely. There is also an confidential option for families having financial hardship.
Return the second page of the form to the school office by September 10th if you want to opt out or pay by check.

Parents’ Club Fee ($20 per family)
Membership grants you access to:
• Monthly meetings (with snacks and drinks served)
• Access to the Parents’ Club Facebook Group
• A St. Elizabeth Tote Bag as a welcome gift
Homeroom Fees ($10 per student)
Homeroom fees provides funds for supplies/snacks for:
• Halloween Party
• Christmas Party
• Valentines Day Party
• Year-End Picnic Day
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR PRE-K, JUNIOR KINDERGARTEN & KINDERGARTEN STUDENTS!!
Students enrolling in PK3 must be 3 by September 1, 2021.
Students in Junior Kindergarten must be 4 by September 1, 2021.
Kindergarten students must be 5 by September 1, 2021.
