2021 CLIMATE, CULTURE, AND CATHOLIC IDENTITY (3C’s) SURVEYS

Dear Parents,

Below you will find links to two letters regarding the 3C’s survey  – Climate, Culture and Catholic Identity.  One is directed for the parent survey and the other attachment explains the student survey, for grades 4-8.

ALL parents are invited to complete the survey, from PK to 8th grade.  Students in 4th through 8th will complete the survey next week during their tech classes. 

IF you do not wish for your student(s) to complete the survey, please return the Student Letter to your child’s teacher by Friday.  (One letter for each student please). 

Teachers will also be completing the survey over the next few weeks.  

This is an opportunity to provide some feedback on our first year of St. Elizabeth.
